Back from home, vacation time in India and a week of working from Yahoo! office in Bangalore. Wiping the dust, nurturing the jet lag and should be back in action 'chit-chatting'. Stay tuned.

Masks::Venice

Returned from Italy a few weeks now with Venice still in my head and heart. A Venetian mask hangs on the white chalky wall in my work space. Stories, intrigue, characters, personalities, people....what was it like? the days of masquerades, costumes, glamour and an affair with the past. I thought maybe could get some insight watching movies of the yore - tried Casanova. Nah! just a Hollywood formula film. These masks of joy, of sadness, of beauty, of ugliness....of fun, of fantasy...whether in Europe or the Geishas from Far East are masking to live the life of many, in one lifetime.
